These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Redefined Selfies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") who books or purchases any service from Redefined Selfies.

By submitting a booking inquiry, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with a booking.

Redefined Selfies provides premium photo booth and 360 video booth experiences for events in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. These terms govern all engagements, regardless of service type or event format.

Redefined Selfies offers the following primary services: Premier Photo Booth, 360 Video Booth, AI/Selfie Booth, and Brand Activation experiences. The specific services, deliverables, duration, and inclusions applicable to your engagement are outlined in your individual service proposal or booking confirmation.

All services are provided by Redefined Selfies staff and/or subcontractors operating under the direct supervision of the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate equipment, staffing, and setup configuration to deliver the agreed-upon experience.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. Verbal agreements, email confirmations, or social media communications do not constitute a confirmed booking unless accompanied by written documentation and payment.

Service pricing is presented in U.S. dollars. Quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance. Pricing is subject to change until a booking deposit is received and a service agreement is executed.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking — including event date, venue address, event type, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Redefined Selfies is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward the total balance and compensates the Company for reserving the date and initiating event planning.

The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to submit the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services, forfeiture of the deposit, and release of the reserved date.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified in the booking invoice. All payments are processed securely. Redefined Selfies does not store payment card details.

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the Client cancels a confirmed booking, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event, the Client forfeits the full balance paid to date, including any final payment already submitted.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Deposits are transferable to a rescheduled date on a one-time basis.

Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Redefined Selfies must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. This represents the Company's maximum liability in such cases.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the event venue meets the minimum operational requirements for the booked service. Requirements vary by equipment type but generally include the following:

• A dedicated, level floor space of at least 10×10 feet (larger for 360 Video Booth)
• Access to a standard 120V grounded electrical outlet within 25 feet of the setup area
• Adequate indoor or sheltered outdoor coverage to protect equipment from weather
• Clear and safe access for equipment load-in and load-out, including elevator or ground-level access where required
• Sufficient ambient lighting or permission for the Company to set up supplemental lighting

The Client agrees to communicate all relevant venue restrictions, rules, or special access requirements to Redefined Selfies no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Failure to disclose material venue constraints may result in service limitations or cancellation without refund.

The Client assumes full responsibility for the behavior of guests and attendees at the event in relation to Redefined Selfies equipment, staff, and operations. The Client agrees to cooperate with Company staff to ensure a safe and productive working environment.

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, or permits required by the venue or applicable law for the operation of photo booth services at the event.

All equipment provided by Redefined Selfies remains the sole property of the Company at all times. Guests and clients are permitted to interact with equipment only as intended and under the supervision of Company staff.

The Client is financially responsible for any damage to Company equipment caused by guests, vendors, or any third party present at the event. In the event of damage, the Client will be billed for the cost of repair or replacement at market value. The Company reserves the right to cease operations immediately if equipment is at risk of damage.

Redefined Selfies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision or non-provision of services. The Company's total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific engagement in question.

The Company is not responsible for the quality of images or video resulting from poor venue lighting, guest behavior, venue restrictions, or other conditions beyond our direct control.

Redefined Selfies shall not be held in breach of this Agreement or liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, governmental orders, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages, or other events of force majeure.

In such events, Redefined Selfies will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services at a mutually agreed-upon date. If rescheduling is not possible, the Company will refund any balance paid beyond the initial deposit.

Redefined Selfies retains ownership of all raw digital files, edited images, and video content captured during the engagement. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use and share content from their event for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By booking our services, the Client grants Redefined Selfies the right to use images and video from the event for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes, unless the Client expressly opts out of this permission in writing prior to the event date.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, with due regard for applicable statutes in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia as they pertain to service contracts.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Washington, D.C., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
